Veronika Scott, a 21 year-old design student is developing a complete program focused on the production and distribution of coats by and for the homeless.
Originally begun as a class assignment the project has become a social mission.

Rural Studio
Architecture with ethics and in service to a community. Founded by Samuel Mockabee, it is a design/build program that stresses the social responsibility of the profession. Watching this documentary gives a good overview and is inspiring in its own right.
